Anyone who welcomes you welcomes Me, and anyone who welcomes Me welcomes the One who sent Me. Anyone who welcomes a prophet and surrenders to his prophecy will receive a prophet’s reward, and anyone who welcomes a righteous person and conforms to the righteousness that surrounds him and proceeds from him will receive a righteous man’s reward. And anyone who has given so much as a cup of cold water to one of the little ones, because he is My disciple, I tell you, that person will be well rewarded.
To call charity no matter how small as evil or not “good enough” is further proof that self-proclaimed prophets and pastors have yet to look their “neighbor” in the eyes and realize that if that neighbor had been all there was in the world, Jesus would still have paid the ultimate price.
Our enemy is not the church or the “C”hurch, but the lack of right-living and doing it demonstratively.
Those who are leaving the church are not wanting to be entertained but intertwined in relationship. Those who have never looked inside a church want relationship to become intertwined with others
Seems to me both groups are the same. Why try to separate them? Remember we are to be implementers of the voice of Eternal not highly informed opinions of that voice.
“Right living – seeks God’s agenda, forgives with out measure, loves deeper than man’s wisdom, serves to abandon, and charges others to follow in the same path.”
